There is no fee to submit this application at this time, should a property manager consider you a candidate to rent the specified property listed above you will be contacted to proceed with the application process. At this point he/she will set up an appointment to show the above listed property and should you or your company wish to proceed with the application process after viewing the property premises a non-refundable background check fee will be payable at that time and will be paid when background check is initiated via the online website link Management will provide you via email. Submission of this application does not guarantee you have been approved by property management to lease the property specified above. Once this application and background check has been reviewed by a property manager you will be contacted via email or phone with Management's decision to continue to the next step which is signing the lease agreement.
A COPY OF MY DRIVER'S LICENSE OR PICTURE IDENTIFICATION CARD will be presented to Management upon viewing the above property on set appointment date agreed upon should Management proceed with this application. I declare that the application is complete, true and correct. I herewith give my permission for anyone contacted to release the credit or personal information of the undersigned applicant to Management or their authorized agents, at any time, for the purposes of entering into and continuing to offer or collect on any agreement and/or credit extended. I further authorize Management or their Authorized Agents to verify the application information including but not limited to obtaining criminal records, contacting creditors, present or former landlords, employers and personal references, whether listed or not, at the time of the application and at any time in the future, with regard to any agreement entered into with Management. Any false information will constitute grounds for rejection of this application, or Management may at any time immediately terminate any agreement entered into in reliance upon misinformation given on this application.
I/We confirm that all the information I/we have supplied is true and correct. I/we understand that I/we can be turned down for the property if I/we have falsified any information on this application. I/we hereby authorize the verification of all above information by PPI including a business credit report, personal credit report, criminal history. I further authorize all banks, creditors, credit card companies, & references to provide to management any and all information concerning my/our credit. This application does not constitute a contract, lease or agreement for space.
